EXHIBITION ROOM
The Exhibition Area offers the largest usable surface area at the Palau de Congressos de Catalunya, with a total of 1,783.48 m2. It is designed for holding exhibitions, trade fairs, major events and large banquets. A spacious and very bright venue, located on the 0 floor at Diagonal level, it can host up to 2,100 people. Natural light enters through its two large windows facing Diagonal and the gardens. It is divided into Expo I and Expo II.

Housed in an enormous exhibition room with views of Avenida Diagonal and the Torre Melina gardens, in addition to a distinctive glass wall that bathes the space with natural light, it combines all the best features for holding events in Barcelona.
Its multifunctional nature makes it the perfect place for hosting large gala dinners, award ceremonies, sales exhibitions, fashion shows and any other kind of major event. Located between the auditorium and the office bay, this versatile space is also illuminated by natural light that filters through vertical panels of maple wood and horizontal concrete beams at the front.
Its versatility enables it to be converted into two separate rooms, 439 m2 and 1,345 m2 respectively, and it is equipped with a service lift connected to floor -1, enabling the transport of heavy equipment. The Exhibition Area ceiling is 6.9 metres from the floor, enabling users to display very tall exhibition elements.
