THE PROJECT

The Palau de Congressos de Catalunya has become a cultural focal point and an economic driver for the entire city of Barcelona. Its design, created by the architects Carles Ferrater and Josep Maria Cartañà, is perfectly integrated into the entrance to the city, emerging majestically alongside Avenida Diagonal. This bright, modern and multifunctional space significantly increases the Catalan capital’s potential to host a wide array of major events, conferences and cultural events, offering a versatile centre located right at the doors to the city.
